Tuesday, March 23, 2010 at the 'Aula Magna of the Faculty of Architecture was held the seminar "The participation for the project, coordinated by Professor Concetta Fallanca and prof. Antonio Taccone, with Arch. Manuele Gaetano gave an overview on the evolution of the discipline of participation and has shown his experience gained at Participatory planning ' inside of his thesis.
The thesis entitled "Partecipatto: Participatory planning experience in Scordia (CT)" has seen the upgrading of roads and public spaces of historic areas and completion of the town of Scordia with 'use of participatory techniques that involve the community in a non-fictional and limiting to limit costs.
The initiative is part the activities of the Laboratory of Urban Design of the third year of single-cycle Degree in Architecture.
